about us

Studio Pesa specialises in housing extensions and refurbishments on behalf of domestic clients. With over 25 combined years in the construction industry we operate primarily in but not limited to Greater Manchester, High Peak, Cheshire and Lancashire.

We strive to offer an approachable and bespoke service to every client and believe that through clear communication and design we can achieve pragmatic and affordable solutions that will greatly improve your living space.

Building Surveys - We undertake full measured building surveys using three dimensional digital modelling software.

Feasibility Studies - We produce clear and focused feasibility studies to help you fully explore your project aspirations.

Statutory Consents - We liaise with the Local Planning Authority and submit Planning and Building Regulation applications on your behalf.

Construction - We produce fully coordinated construction drawings and specifications for statutory applications and for immediate use on site.

selected recent projects

project 0002

Rear extension to a former police house residential conversion in High Peak which provides an open plan kitchen, dining and family space. The existing layout was adapted to rationalise circulation and maximise natural light internally.

Dormer extension and internal reconfiguration to an existing bungalow property in the Lake District. A new dormer structure provides bedroom and ensuite facilities in the existing roof space whilst the existing kitchen was extended to provide an open plan arrangement. A summer house and a utility space was also added to the existing garage.

Rear extension to a Manchester city centre Victorian townhouse. A contemporary yet sensitive addition of a two storey rear and fully glazed side return which provides a new dining space to the existing kitchen area and significantly increases the rear bedroom.
